Après une série de teasers dévoilés ces derniers jours, Marvel a officialisé la sortie de Marvel Comics #1000 en août, nouvelle étape dans la célébration du 80ème anniversaire de la Maison des Idées, dont l’aventure éditoriale a débuté en octobre 1939 avec la sortie de Marvel Comics #1.

Marvel Comics #1000 est un numéro spécial de 80 pages à la numérotation symbolique qui revisitera la longue histoire de Marvel : à chaque page correspondra une année confiée à une équipe artistique différente. Il y aura un fil rouge, qui tourne autour d’un artefact appelé “The Eternity Mask”, développé par Al Ewing, le principal architecte du projet. Et la distribution est énorme :
