Marvel Monsters est écrit par le premier scénariste de la série Monsters Unleashed, Cullen Bunn. Et l’homme qui ne dort jamais ramènera pour l’occasion le personnage de Kid Kaiju.
Scott Hepburn (Spider-Man/Deadpool) est le dessinateur principal de ce numéro spécial qui proposera également des illustrations de Superlog, Becky Cloonan ou encore Gerardo Zaffino.
