Wally recounts how the Lightning plucked him and his family from where they had been living and deposited them on Earth.
He thinks about how he found out about Bart's death.
Wally catches in Inertia, and he draws the Speed Force out of him.
Inertia tells Wally that his return caused Bart to depower and that is why they were able to kill him.
Wally tells Iris that he froze Inertia in the Speed Force and put him unmoving in the Flash museum forever to look at statues of Bart.
