Wonder Woman 146 - The Devastating End! Issues V2 (1987 - 2006)
Diana apparently triumphs over Devastation by adding a drop of her own blood during the creation of her opponent using the clay of Themyscira's beach. This imbued "goodness" weakens Devastation and in a final battle Diana kills her. However her foe, who is revealed to be the creation of the God Cronus, would be brought back by Luke several month's later.
